  2. Develop along the path of growth
  3. Add value through rezoning and permitting
  4. Retain the flexibility to build or sell as conditions permit

This formula continues to pay dividends, most recently along the Cambie corridor. Here we were able to assemble three single family homes, prove out the sites development potential, and profitably sell the resulting project to a larger developer.
